Digital Photo-Montage
This composite image was created with a series of photographs taken every 10 metres from the Thames path opposite Greenwich on the Isle of Dogs. It’s a remembered view, including only the parts that I recall when thinking about the riverfront, blended into a seamless image that at first glance might appear to resemble reality, but in truth is far from it. The work is assembled from over 100 photographs, making the resulting image works well in large format. A 3m wide print was commissioned by Greenwich Council for their box at The O2.
